Responsibilities

As the Lead Installer you will be in charge while onsite during installations. This includes:

  • Ensure everyone follows all safety measures and best practices.
  • Monitor project progress in order to complete within the projected time.
  • Ensure all projects are completed following high quality standards, down to the smallest details.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
  • Act with integrity, always living up to the company values.
  • In the event of an accident, Assess the situation, Consider options, and Take action prioritizing safety above all else.

Qualifications

The right stuff we're looking for in a Lead Installer boils down to having great attention to detail, caring about the people around you, and doing work you'll be proud of. We believe that means you and people who know you would describe you as having:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to develop professionally
  • Ability to work within a customer relationship management (CRM) program
  • Willingness to mange project updates through a smartphone App
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Must have

We are going to ask you about these items during the interview process. Unfortunately, without these you won't be able to move past a certain point.

  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • Must not be afraid of heights
  • Must attend online and in-person training and assessments
  • Consistent timeliness for installations, maintenance, and removal of displays

Nice to have

These qualities would make it more likely for you to succeed with us. Think of them as brownie points but they improve quality of life on the job.

  • Experience in hanging lights, and/or in construction or electrical work
  • Experience with heights (from work or hobbies, like rock climbing or bouldering)
  • Strong sense of adventure
  • Propensity for quality over quantity

Compensation & Benefits

We offer what we think is a good, fair compensation for the work and we hope you agree with us! We do plan to offer more benefits in the near future, so stay tuned if this isn't the time for you.

Currently we offer these items as compensation.

$100 to $250 per job completed. Large projects may pay more.
